Asbestos Testing, Auckland
With 30+ years experience and over 3,000 projects completed our company is the trusted name in the Asbestos industry. We have been testing, removing and disposing asbestos in Commercial and Residential environments in Auckland for many years and it’s common space for Asbestos Solutions. We can effectively identify any Asbestos that could be disturbed or that may require removal before refurbishment or demolition including bulk materials, demolition debris, and soils.
Cost-Effective Asbestos Testing and Identification
Property owners are increasingly required to know the location and condition of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs). However, many still don’t. If you’re one of them? Obtain the peace of mind you need to breathe easy again with Asbestos Solutions Ltd. and our cost-effective testing of your Auckland property.
The initial stage sees your building, site, land, or other areas of concern sampled and surveyed. This can be carried out by our sister company Asbestos Risk Management Limited. We can either put you in touch with them directly, or organise and manage this part of the process in order to provide you with a one-stop shop for your Asbestos management and removal requirements.
Samples taken during the survey inspection are analysed by an independent and accredited laboratory specialising in Asbestos analysis. The only way to provide certainty about whether a material contains asbestos is to test it – be wary of surveys that don’t have samples taken. The results of sample analysis are included in your survey results.
Certified, Safe, Disruption-Free Asbestos Testing
Before Asbestos can be safely removed from the site, we need to know what we’re working with. That’s why the initial testing and analysis stage is vital, as it identifies any and all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) including walls, ceilings, roofing, flooring, sheets, and soil.
Only experienced, qualified Asbestos testers have the experience to carry out this operation – from minor sampling through to more complex surveys – as they have the knowledge and know-how to ensure minimal disturbance of any Asbestos and avoid creating dust which many contain asbestos fibres.
Testing results are usually returned within a few days. Depending on the results and the type of testing, you’ll receive a full report and management plan outlining any Asbestos identified during this process, what you need to do in order to deal with it, as well as any next steps.
